On the Goff interception

Anybody else beginning to think that Goff isn't actually reading what's going on on the field and is instead just "autopiloting" the scheme? He threw that ball into the middle of nowhere , almost as if he were just throwing to where he expected a receiver to be due to the play concept. And when he saw a moving body there he just assumed it was his reciever.

What do y'all think happened? Because it wasn't a timing based misfortune.
