He is a burnout guy....who can't manage his emotions well enough...he is on the road to retiring by 40, or even 37, lol.
Walsh left in 10, Gibbs in 12....McVay in 6-8? or........?

Bill Walsh in 10 years, did more than Belliboy....ya, that 1989 team was all his, too...
