Yes he is. Beyond his yrs and being a Rookie in the NFL. I seen his face on the sideline on the Raiders drive in OT and felt for him as nothing worse then the hopeless feeling of watching a poor Defense that cant get off the field. To top it off have a bad Kicker. Their Kicker basically missed GW FGs vs the Chiefs, Saints and the Raiders, he is the worst in the NFL 9 missed FGs. I too along with many posters feel this is a strange yr with Kickers missing so many FGs and Extra Pts. The Chargers could be at least a respectable 7-7 if they had a reliable Kicker but they seem to be hard to find in the NFL recently.
