So been thinking about this awhile.
A couple posters I respect a lot have been lamenting going to GB in January.....(I'm not a big fan of this either)
But anyway as a child of the 70s just seemed like any west coast team going to cold in playoffs was a death sentence. They would make big pregame specials on all the warm weather stuff we would ship out etc..
We'd inevitably fail etc ...
So current day in my mind and I could be totally off
Just doesn't seem like as big of disadvantage... am I wrong?
And if I'm not why is that?
I mean if we went to Green Bay in January my trepidation would be about Rodgers,Adams,Jones and not the thermometer?
Again I might be off just doesn't seem as big of a deal as back in the day?
I might have to research the facts of warm weather teams traveling to the cold?
