What if there is a 3 way tie, how does it prioritize?

In the event of a three way tie what is the order? As far as tiebreakers that aren't head to head doesn't it depend on who you lost to (ie the conference)? I know the Rams lost to Niners twice but the other two loses are to the AFC East. The Saints lost to the Pack, so if they get another NFC loss wouldn't it pretty much make us even?
