Austin Blythe had been the most glaring weak link in the OLine for a couple years as he was easily bullrushed and allowed the most penetration. This year, he has improved that trait from the center position which seems to be his more natural post. He just isn't powerful enough at guard but his technique plays well at center.
I can't stress fervently enough how much an OLine is the most significant factor to a consistent and efficient offense. Havs, Corbett, and Edwards fuel the running game. Noteboom has held his own as a pass protector. Getting Whit back will boost the running game in the playoffs. But Blythe no longer being a significant liability is the greatest difference this offense has over last year's corps.
