When he tackled Hopkins in the end zone was a clear PI. Indeed I thought Ramsey agreed and was calling the penalty on himself by raising his hand and waiving it. I think the felt it was worth a few yard for the penalty to prevent a td-which did happen afterwards. I also thought I was both Ramsey and Hopkins laughing about it right after the penalty was not called. Anyone see the same?
