I do not think this is a rebuild year in the eyes of the Rams. I think they feel they have enough and are going all out for it. It may be the same for next year all so due to draft capital and salary cap restrictions. The rebuild , a true rebulid, will come when they get their normal allotment of draft capital and trade some ageing vets for more picks. Snee3d will do a 360 in philosophy when the time is right for a rebuild
