We're stuck with Goff and he is what he is. We're blessed with McVay and he's limited by what Goff does on the field. There are just too many examples of McVay's plays presenting positive options that Goff just doesn't see or chooses not to utilize. The Chicago game in '18 for example. Time after time, Goff was forcing passes and not taking positive plays. That isn't a problem with playcalling or scheme. That's a QB issue.
What's changed since '18?
