To me, this is his biggest asset. He is driven to keep his team on top and always be in contention for the Super Bowl.
He believes that and is driven to make sure the team is prepared and his coaches make sure their players know their stuff!
I can't believe he's only 34...He's the perfect fit for the Rams...He's detail oriented...He simply wants to be the best, and his team to be the best.
Most importantly, you can tell McVay loves the game, he loves his players and he loves to compete.
