Rams 20 million over cap in 2021

The projected cap is expected to drop from 194 million to 176 million. 10 teams are over the cap. New Orleans is 93 million over the cap.
This is before even considering Johnson and Everett and Floyd and Reynolds and all the other free agents they have on their own team.
I guess you could always restructure Donald and Ramsey. I don't think you want to restructure Goff.
