Prior to the 4th quarter, Goff threw 2 interceptions and fumbled. Brown fumbled. SF had 1 interception and 2 fumbles.The Rams did not turn the ball over in the 4th quarter.
The Rams came back from a 17 - 3 deficit to lead 20 -17.
With all of Goff's awful, terrible, atrocious, dreadful, embarrassing play. The Rams were winning in the 4th quarter.If we all want to agree that Goff sucks.... okay.The Ram's defense let a scrub QB drive down the field 2 times (51 and 49 yards) and score to tie and then win the game (also let SF convert a 4th down)
The Ram's offense stalled in the 4th quarter. For arguments sake let's say it was 100% Goff's fault as some have mentioned. Playing calling , blocking, missed assignments....... surely decent QB should be able to prevent that.
Goff nor a single player on the offense played defense in the 4th quarter.
Do you think the defense was so pissed off at Goff that they missed tackles and coverages on purpose? Not to mention what was McVay thinking with his time management.
The Rams lost. It was a team effort. Offense, Defense, ST, Coaching.
Goff may turn in to a total basket case. I sure hope not I like it better when the Rams win.
