He's tougher than he looks and he has a history of bouncing back from bad play too. He bounced back from his freshman season at Cal. He bounced back from his rookie season in the NFL. He is finally bouncing back from his Super Bowl performance and the reason it took this long is that the offense lost a huge piece in Gurley as well as a perfect storm of OL dysfunction and injury during that 2019 season as Gurley's condition worsened.
