The other stuff is part of playing against a top tier team on a long road trip.
But letting the clock expire is inexcusable. I’m not sure how much is on Goff and how much is on McVay over complicating play calls.
One thing was clear to me, McVay gave Goff outlets and Goff beat the blitz. That’s a big reason it wasn’t another Miami fiasco. Goff showed he can do that with help from McVay. That’s should be a huge relief to Rams fans.
