We were able to run it in but he really did score. His knee was on the defender. Rams rushed to next play so give Everett and assist on that TD and credit Goff with a TD since we are so quick to point out what he does wrong even in a winning effort. What he misses or could have had are only counted by some if it makes him look bad. He gets a first down to extend drive and we point out this or that WR was wide open for an apparent TD. He throws a nice TD to Everett gets jobbed and team scores on run and crickets because it hurts the narative. Look Goff is not perfect I get it plenty of legit issues to burn him on but really why are we obsessed with trashing this kid. BTW Chargers WRs said Miami's defensed had them confused the whole game. hmmm I never heard that from Rams but it sounds familiar and credible.
yeah, funny how it works....he goes 27/37 308 0TD 0INT in a huge win and he wasn't any good or good enough
If Everett scored that TD instead of getting marked down 6 inches short and has another one when the DB held Everett's arm and gets called for the PI his 96.6 rating would have been a 115.6 rating and that would have made a difference to some of the stat junkies who need him to be top 10 in stats.....doesn't even take into consideration the huge drop by Reynolds that hit him right between the numbers 20 yards down the field or Higbee slowing down when he should have sped up on that wheel route that missed by inches
