I know this sounds crazy to some but he can easily be replaced on this team hell he wasn't even starting last year. We have guys that can step in and play with David Long, Troy hill, etc I would hate to see him go and all because he gives us great play and depth. That int was a thing of beauty yesterday and he is balling out. As long as we keep Aubrey Pleasant I think we will be alright.
Oh man I think you're wrong about that.
We've had some good corners over the last 40 something years I've watched this team and i haven't seen another one who could consistantly go horizontal to make an Int like he does.
Not Dre Bly not Todd Lyght not Rod Perry , or Pat Thomas ,Monte Jackson , not The Jack rabbit , not Jerry Gray ,or Gary Green or Talib or Peter's or any of our best did It like that.
Williams is a highlight reel that way.
As a matter of fact not many of our WR 's even lay out and get the ball like that.
He has a gift.
Several gifts.
I think is is playing at the level of a Talib when we got him .
Now the world knows it if they're paying attention at all.
Does that sound easily replacible?.
I think not Lol.
