That plan will probably reflect what Miami did on defense as they ratchet up the pressure on Goff to protect the CB's. Higbee better be a big part of McVay's counter to that approach.
I also expect the Seattle offense to more closely resemble the 49'er approach of quick passes to minimize Donald's impact. The key on defense will be whether or not the blitzes Staley dials up get home. If they don't, Russ will cook. Wilson won't bail the defense out by missing on deep opportunities like other QB's.
I only hope my fears about this game become relief. I see this as the pivotal game of the year. Whichever direction this game goes, so will the overall trajectory of the season.
