You might be right, I considered that. Crap like this happens throughout real life. High quality circuit boards can have multiple, different, defects, which stumps the troubleshooters for a good while. Nobody believes it at first, but it does happen. Maybe this game was like that.
I am one of the more pessimistic posters on this board and I had a bad feeling about this game. If our team is capable of winning the gut-trench wars then they'll have to do it vs. Chi-town next week and when we play the Niners again.
I've always thought that the measure of the Rams is their season's W/L record against the Niners. If the Rams beat them twice in a season, I consider the season at least a 50-50 break, even if they don't win any other games. Kinda stupid I guess, but that's how much I hate the Niners. I greatly respect them, but I'd like to see them lose 16 games a season.
