When I read this "...if you don't come ready to fight, you'll lose", I think you're talking about the Rams. And rightly so.
But if the Rams indeed didn't come ready to fight, isn't that pretty much the same thing as the Rams beating themselves? (The assumption being that if the Rams had their heads on straight they would have won.)
