It seems like Staley is very good at halftime adjustments

One of the knocks on Wade Phillips was that he didn't adjust at halftime.

Staley sure seems to (although the sample size is only 5 games). If this continues, it may be hard to keep him for next year. Guys who can adjust the way he seems to be able to do get HC offers.
