Plus, Kupp just fair catches 1/2 of the time, so almost anyone on the roster can do that.
Punt return is an offensive play, so don't waste it fair catching every punt. Get a guy back there that can make field position important, make a return, make the punt team tackle you once in a while.
My biggest complaint of Tavon Austin...He was good, but man just stop running out of bounds! Make a move and make that team actually tackle you!
