I agree tottaly.
And I'd add the the method they're using for practices and position prep getting every up to speed and apparently very evenly ready to play has been success.
They have the whole enchilada down.
Not just from coaching or talent standpoint.
It's more than that.
It's professional thru and thru .
All staff including trainor's are doing a top notch job on a routine basis.
You don't have a machine like performance on talent alone that's sure so coaching yes but add organization and structure as well.
