as i believe albany ram has explained that 175 figure is a floor. the cap is more likely going to be around 200. that being said, you are correct in that the rams will not be able to keep everyone they want. however jj is a free agent and williams is restricted. i too think jj is an excellent player but as you indicated they have depth at safety. unfortunately i think jj is gone and we will get a 3rd in compensation. williams i think will be back 1 more year and you will see a high draft pick on a cb.
