My dad took me to see Giants Bears.

I just remember Sayers defying the laws of physics. To this day, and maybe because I was only 13, Sayers was the most beautiful runner I ever saw.

Famous line by Deacon Jones, I went to tackle him and Sayers split in two and I tackled the wrong one.

I saw Sayers and Hendrix, the two most amazing artists of my lifetime.

Being old isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Seeing guys like Deacon and Sayers in their prime was a treat. Jimi wasn't bad, either.

Saw the infamous (for the Rams) 1968 fifth down game in person. Sayers blew his knee out earlier that year. Ironically Brian Piccolo scored one of the TDs for the Bears.
