As far as Over/Under
Over - AD is basically lined up on the TE (strong) side
Under - AD lined up away from TE (strong) side
Like I said, Phillips loved his Under. In theory, you can stop the run and attack the QB better with a 34 under as long as you have a fast, penetrating 3T. Problem is if you do not maintain gap integrity, you are in trouble quickly.
The A gap can be an issue in that D as well.
I personally like the Over.
