I don't think we can discount the incredible difference Littleton made on STs.
Yet, I do agree. I think the Rams' STs have been declining. If I'm the opponent I always run the ball back on KOs because they always seem to be able to get the ball at least out to the 25 yard line. And unless there's a fair catch, there's a pretty good punt return against us.
And, I don't think we have good returners, punt or KO. Webster doesn't have the juice or the moves, and while Kupp is sure handed, he is not an NFL quality Punt Returner. Besides, why risk the injury? I'd rather see what's his name from last year doing both. He was better.
