I never bought that narrative at all...I think it was more like time and injuries caught up to Gurley and the OL which forced McVay to find a new wrinkle or two to cover for it,,,, now it just made them that much harder to deal with now that they are experienced and healthy on the OL and the RB's are fast and fresh

They may get lucky now and then and slow him down but McVay is too smart to get completely figured out.....
