I will admit I didn't think much of him at Oregon as he seemed to get more fanfare than deserved IMO, but since Hard Knocks and yesterday, Herbert seems big, strong and has the uncanny ability to lead. IMO, I would go with the kid the rest of the way, but Anthony Lynn blew it yesterday and I love Anthony Lynn, but 4th & 1 in overtime, let you big QB get the yard or hand it off to Joshua Kelly and send a message, we are not letting Mahomes back on the field to win the game.

Andy Reid didn't think twice about going for it and that's why I love McVay. Over the years the Rams always seemed to have the great Head Coach's that were more conservative like Allen & Knox and even John Robinson, but I'm glad they have McVay and yesterday's game with the Chargers having a change to beat the Chiefs and then punting in overtime at 4th & 1 giving the Chiefs the opportunity to even win with a FG was not the right call IMHO.
