I didn't like the bone unis from the first time I saw them. But I decided to wait until I saw them in a real- time game environment before passing final judgement.

I still dont like 'em...

I played HS football many moons ago. Our game unis were similar to the Buffalo Bills; Royal Blue jerseys with white pants, red, white and blue accent stripes on the legs.

But, we only wore them once a week, on game day.

For the rest of the week, on practice days, we wore old, dirty, dingy whites, totally devoid of color. They were somewhere between light tan/ beige/gray, created by years of rolling around in mud and dust with multiple cycles in a commercial washing machine.

The resulting appearance was similar to, oh, I dunno, maybe like those bone unis the Rams are sporting.
