Like every team they have things to work on but they played a good team and, from what I saw of other games (portions of NE-MIA and NO-TB, plus highlights from some other games) the Rams looked more crisp than most.
Overall around the league it was more like a preseason game with teams shaking off rust, trying to get timing down, etc. Rams showed well. Just was odd at halftime feeling like the Rams had almost totally dominated the first half yet were down 14-13.
