Kupp is considered one of the better WR's in the league, but he's not a WR1 so I don't expect him to seek JJ money unless he goes 1500 yards/ 20 TD's in 2020 and even then he probably wouldn't demand top WR money although his agent might....
Heading into last year Goff was considered one of the best young QB's in NFL by many...a subpar year shouldn't take away the two years prior when he was in the pro bowl and taking Rams to a Super Bowl
