I'm sorry to lose him. But I agree with the general point that he was not a core fixture of the defense. He was certainly going to earn some snaps at ILB. But I would estimate that he was going to be around 14th or 15th on the team in defensive snap counts.
He was 3rd on the team in special teams snaps a year ago (behind only Scott and Christian) and that shouldn't be dismissed as a place the Rams will miss him.
Hope he heals up well for 2021.
