I would suggest if you are a long time customer....ask for that and ask how many hearts you have
I know its stupid, but it goes to 5, and 5 hearts is a good customer (long term and probably pays on time) so they will work with you.
The other plan, cut your services in July and resign up before the season.......I always call to late and am too scared to drop the Ticket as I have not missed a game since the before the Carolina Game??? Season finally of 1998??????
