Of course, they will get there's on the back end, so I called back to ask why it wasn't mentioned and THEN...
I got a second email reducing my commitment to the 12 month promotion period only with no commitment after package expires.
It was easy, ONCE you get the right person. It was clearly outsourced on first 2 reps and then when asked for a supervisor because I was struggling with apprehension, I got a English speaking person from states & that where all the offers started. Before that the outsource representative was offering nothing and when I suggested canceling she jumped on it and said OK, I cancelled your package, is there anything else I can do for you? At that point I was fine with cancelling it all and start my streaming adventure.
