Yep. Although some height helps as well at FS.

He's a solid 6'2" and has long arms. That makes it a little harder to get a ball over his head than for a 5'10" guy, or even a 6 footer.

So it's all the little pieces that can add up to a better than expected player. On the other hand, he was a REALLY good player at a REALLY good school. So maybe we shouldn't be surprised.
