Hill was the best.....I have been rewatching games this summer and it has been pointed out by different announcing crews in multiple games (a few times with graphs of stats) that is was playing very well
also, I have seen it referenced in various articles posted here.
I think it took time for Ramsey to adjust and he is obviously the best DB, but Hill should start at the other spot. That said, I do think Hill will sign elsewhere for more money and the Rams replace him for 2021.
