He'll start. Besides the other guys are young players with no starting experience. Vets are going to win out to start this crazy year.

Like Merlin said, Hill is too inconsistent. Lacks great man coverage skills and will be gone next year, I think.

Williams is simply a better CB for Staley’s D and I think it’s just a matter of time.
