I also liked NRC, but what does it say that he only got a 1 year, $1.35M contract on the open market?

(p.s. The Rams would have taken a cap hit of $4.5M this year if they picked up his option. Looked at as a business decision only, it's a bad idea to pay $4.5M for a $1.35M cornerback ...)
