Just an aside
Kids are going to their respective campuses, however they aren't (at this time) having in person classes.
A lot of kids are hoping to be able to use the dorms, but they've cut that to one kid per room: And that's by lottery.
My son's girl is starting at SMU, and they still intend on having in person attendance there. We'll see how that goes.
The point is that the risk remains for all kids going to their campuses, athlete or no.
Question
Can these kids in the Big 10 / PAC 12 transfer to the other Power 5 divisions that are going to play?
Do the normal transfer rules apply? Or are some new allowances in play?
