Kromer loved Austin Corbett and he was on the Rams list, however, the Browns took him higher then most had him graded. Kromer has quite a bit on the line this year because I believe that if the OL fails, it's obvious the Rams will most likely let Kromer go and replace him with somebody like Bill Bedebaugh of Oklahoma.
I believe in Kromer, but he liked Blythe, wanted Brian Allen and had to sign off on drafting the likes of Bobby Evans & David Edwards, it does not take a Nuclear Physicist to figure out that if the Offensive Line struggles the Rams most likely bring in a new OL Coach & Assistant OL Coach and it would not be shocking if that coach currently at the collegiate ranks with McVay looking for something different.
