We probably keep 4 TEs given likelihood of more 12 sets. Higs/Everett/Mundt are probably set in stone because all offer good things. Higs will get a lot of earlier reads by the QB this year I think as a result of how he played down the stretch. Everett has been disappointing but his ability keeps him on this roster (no way the Rams cut or move him IMO unless he is arguing or being a jerk in the locker room), the guy is still a big threat in the passing game if he can get more consistent. Mundt (who is a good run blocker) will eat snaps as the blocking back and might get some backfield looks if they elect to use a lead blocker which might happen if the line struggles early.
The TE4 battle should be real this year. I think Blanton is a real longshot as are some others who had an easier time of making the roster in previous seasons like the bottom of that WR group.
We are in agreement as to Mundt’s likely Ram status, Merlin. I not only think he’ll make the 53, but I think he’s gonna get significant snaps.
