Yeah pretty much. I think part of the problem is that people don't realize how involved Mundt was nor how good he is at blocking. Which is really what we need when we go to 12 sets, not really necessary to put Mundt in the pattern as we have Higs for that.
But back to snaps...
Higs had 393 which is no surprise. Of which 292 were run blocking.
Everett had 176 snaps of which 142 were run blocking.
Mundt had 170 snaps of which 126 were run blocking.
IMO between last year's game film (Everett simply has not been special) and the strides made by the unsung Mundt, not to mention the Rams' obvious drafting of Everett's replacement... Writing is on the wall.
And btw... I would love to see Everett have a Pro Bowl season in 2020. That would be amazing for us. Just don't think it's gonna happen.
