Don't forget..........
The family gets used to Dad having to go to work. They get used to his routine and it all becomes habitual.
Dad works hard all week, we go to games on Sunday with family and friends, season's over and we all go to Hawaii for the Pro- Bowl, then we all go off to another vacation destination for that year because now Dad is off for a couple months.
That SB loss really bugs McVay......He's driven to WIN......More importantly, you can see it, he really loves the game, he loves the players. The game is part of him.
I really think McVay wants to do what his Grandfather did in S.F.......Create a dynasty that covers 15-20 years......Think about it, in 20 years McVay is only 51.
