If he were 45 and had kids who were almost adults I think he'd be more inclined to continue coaching. But, being 33, he may want to see his kids grow up and have them as the main focus in his life. Or he may just want a change in scenery after a while.
I actually think winning Superbowls early could make him more open to early retirement. If he gets to 40 and has 2-3 Superbowls, he could easily call it quits and be a millionaire with 2 rings and a high winning percentage. One might ask if he has anything left to coach for if that happens.
Edit: and I wouldn't be opposed to it if it happened that way lol.
