I think PFF goes strictly by last year's grades and don't project how players could improve.
The MTC guys aren't tied to a grading system and DO take into account young players improvement.
That's their major point with the Rams.....they have A LOT of younger O-line players who have had a pretty good amount of playing time....and they project that as leading to a big improvement going forward.
Hopefully they're correct.
