New York? Nah, we're not closing anything down.
You might have heard something about New York City and indoor dinning? The details: NYC is slated to go to Phase 3 on Monday, the last Region in the state to do so. In the other 9 Regions, indoor dining with limited seating was part of Phase 3 ... but yesterday Cuomo and de Blasio announced that NYC will be the exception: no indoor dining in NYC indefinitely.
The reasons given include lack of compliance with some Phase 2 restrictions, reluctance of local officials to enforce restrictions, and concern that people from states with a high rate of infection will come to NYC and spread the virus. (Already there's a case where someone flew from Florida to Westchester, NY, attended a graduation party, and infected 13 New Yorkers. [

But as far as closing down anything that had been open or backing off on any part of the reopening? Nope. (Not yet, anyway
