at the right price... we have seen the Rams blow waaay too many contracts
can't overpay for Kupp, or Woods... the Rams don't appear to have a WR that you give top money to... would I pay Kupp as a slot... I think so
But maybe he thinks he can be a 1 or 2... what then?
