I’m always claiming to be a results oriented guy and Wes Phillips got some dramatic results right from the jump.
We are probably gonna see this young man given greater responsibilities via promotion in the very near future. And I could see a HC position in the not too distant future if he continues on this trajectory.
Looking like a brilliant hire by McVay at this point. Makes me even more excited to think what Staley could become in this McVay coaching laboratory.
