For the second survey you posted scroll down to the bottom and you will see a couple polls for favorite uniform & least favorite uniform. The first shows the Rams as the 19th favorite uniform, the second shows the Rams as the 19th least favorite. (The second survey is kind of reverse logic but I think it means that there are 18 uniforms that are more disliked than the Rams.)
