I think it will be all about the guaranteed money. Slay's deal is roughly 60% guaranteed money and Jones' is roughly 55% while Waynes was only about 40%. I can't see Ramsey signing for anything less than 65% guaranteed (which I believe is about what Donald received).

So maybe the average/year can be around $18M over 5 years but only if the guaranteed amount is about $57M or so. And then maybe they toss in performance escalators that can push it to $20M/year.

The biggest parts of both Donald's and Goff's deals is in 2021 so I would guess any extension for Ramsey has the bulk of money due in 2022 and 2023.
